Welcome to Patsy's Palette

I find myself on a life-long journey to find new ways to innovate and add extra depth to my creations, whether it be on a canvas, a wall, or in the kitchen. You will find bits and pieces of North Africa, Europe and America on my art palette and tasting palate. I paint with coffee, watercolors, oils, pastels, acrylics and ink.  I cook with spices, olive oil, butter, herbs and the freshest ingredients from my garden or the farmer's markets.  My goal is to serve you an eyeful of life and love in my paintings and a mouthful of deliciousness in my cuisine.
